This role will be charged with handling all reservation inquiries received over social media and our booking platform. Providing information to our clients, organization of our team daily activities, overseeing logistics for pick-ups and drop-offs, booking clients and payment.
We require communication skills in Italian, English and Spanish and an outgoing personality, capable of engaging guests. The people must have excellent ability of organization, spirit of adaptation, ability to work in group, patient and easy-going character, sales oriented, enthusiastic, flexible, and guest-focused.
